What happens when my pass ends?
Nothing renews by itself: paid access stops, free chapters stay open and your progress is kept.
How do I pay?
In the app, with Orange Money, Wave or MTN Money, or with a prepaid code bought in a shop. You get a receipt.
I am under 18: can I buy?
Purchases are made by an adult. Ask your parent to create an account, add your profile and pay, or to buy a prepaid code.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: one full chapter per path is always free, and a 3-day trial on every course for your grade is offered once per account.
What is “Pioneers”?
The first 100 sign-ups get 1 month free, applied automatically at sign-up.
What data do you use?
Your number, first name, grade and progress, to offer the right courses. Never for advertising.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me › Delete my account. Your account and revision data are erased.
Do you guarantee I will pass?
No: Educ’Academy helps you revise; it does not promise a mark or a result.
